RouteRepReady™ is a comprehensive skills training program designed to equip Route Service Representatives (RSRs) with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in their roles out on the road and while interacting with customers. Help your Route Service Representatives provide a higher level of sales and service — while boosting their own safety — over the course of two intense weeks. The RouteRepReady training program consists of ten virtual modules, each delivered over the course of ten days.

With interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and continuous skills assessment and feedback out on the road, RouteRepReady ensures RSRs are well-prepared to navigate any situation they encounter on their delivery routes, boosting safety, saving time, and enhancing their level of customer service.
Trainees cannot advance until they are ready.
RouteRepReady is not training for the sake of training. Interactive training and skills checklists go along with the RSR trainee and trainer/coach out on the road where the RouteRepReady checklists can be access on any mobile device. On each day, the coach scores the trainee on information the trainee needs to know and skills that need to be mastered. If the minimum score is not met, the trainee must repeat the training day. It’s easy to administer, keeps track of training progress, and provides a verifiable record of knowledge and skills mastery.
