The RouteRepReady™ Coaching Course is a companion training program offered to coaches and trainers who will be guiding new Route Service Representatives (RSRs) to success on a route through the RouteRepReady™ Skills Training program. This course is complimentary to operating companies who intend to enroll route representative in the RouteRepReady™ Skills Training course. This companion course is a required component of the comprehensive R3 training program, offering trainers invaluable insight into the R3 training framework and detailing what’s covered on each day of the training. This companion course provides insight to how to leverage the program tools and highlights techniques necessary to effectively mentor and coach RSR trainees. From understanding the nuances of the training modules to using assessment tools and the online learning system for performance evaluation, this course equips trainers with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the potential of their trainees, and ensures their trainees have the knowledge, capability, and service-oriented mindset to tackle a route on their own after RouteRepReady Skills Training Program completion.
